The people doing the most damage to their professional reputation on Linkedin aren't the ones who never post. They're the ones who've confused showing up with saying something.
Posting three times a week consistently isn't the right play if you've got nothing to say. It's just presence without judgement.
Three bland takes a week, reliably delivered, trains your audience to scroll past you. You become part of the furniture.
Real consistency isn't about frequency, it's about being recognisably yourself often enough that people know what they're getting when your name appears in their feed.
That might be once a week. Frequency is less relevant than having something to say that's on message.
