Knowing what good content looks like is one thing. Posting something with an opinion and accepting that people will judge you for it is another.

Beige, average AI-generated content might be boring, but it's also safe. It won't get you criticised. So people choose to post it anyway.

AI has made the mechanics of posting 'safe' easier than ever but it doesn't solve the underlying problem. People are scared of saying something specific, something that someone else might have an opinion about.

Because that means people might judge them and nobody likes to be judged.
