The Beige Code started with advice that doesn't work: be more human. Because beige, AI-generated content isn't a style or tool problem, it's a judgement problem.
That judgement that's missing belongs to the person writing the post or prompt. AI isn't to blame for beige output, you are.
The good news is, that means you can fix it. If the problem is the decisions you make before you open the chat window, what angle to take, what to leave out, what's actually worth saying, then the problem is yours to solve.
The Beige Code doesn't tell you what to do. It explains why the usual advice keeps failing and puts the decision back where it always was: with you.
Volume 2 of the book is already taking shape and the next Beyond the Beige summit is coming in summer 2026 - link in the comments for more details.
There's more to say. For now: if you've followed this series, thank you.
If you've bought and read the book, I'd genuinely love to know what you thought.
